The Core Focus is designed for transformative core recovery for new moms. By joining you will skip the struggle, overwhelm and frustration that can come from “trying to figure it all out” without guidance. 

It’s an eight-week program that will teach you how to safely start exercising again after baby. This program is the first of its kind that will teach you how to start exercising again and will help you to understand your postpartum body. 

By the end of the eight-weeks, you will have learnt and mastered all the exercises necessary to do a 15 to 20-minute workout program that you can use to confidently workout daily.

  • How much time does The Core Focus going to take out of my week?

    Not much! Expect to spend about 20 - 30 minutes a week learning and moving. This program is designed so you can learn and move at your own pace. There is no set schedule (other than our follow up calls, which you get to choose). Plus you’ll receive unlimited access to your membership site.

  • How do I know if I’m at the right physical fitness level for this course?

    Don’t worry! Regardless of your fitness level, we start at the very beginning when it comes to retraining your core.

  • How does the virtual assessment and follow-ups work?

    Both are done via zoom. Once you enroll in the program you’ll receive a link to book your assessment and your follow-ups.

  • Where do I access the course material?
